This time, we successfully exported a four-side seal automatic packing machine to Indonesia. The machine is designed for wooden ice cream sticks, wooden spoons, coffee stirrers, and other wooden products.
It can use BOPP plastic film or paper packaging materials. Logos can be printed in two colors. Each stick is individually packed in a hygienic bag, making it ideal for food production lines.
According to our client Antony’s request, we upgraded the machine with a conveyor system and a counter. The conveyor directly sends the packed sticks into cartons. This reduces manual labor and saves packaging costs. Antony was very satisfied with the improvement.
The entire project, including testing and adjustments, was completed in only 15 days. That’s 2 days earlier than the contract delivery time. We also arranged an earlier vessel schedule, helping the customer cut shipping costs.
