In March, we received an inquiry from Hamza, a customer in Indonesia. His factory had been producing plastic spoons, but due to new environmental protection policies, he wanted to switch to eco-friendly production. His goal was to upgrade to equipment that could produce wooden barbecue skewers and small wooden spoons for the food service industry.
We first worked with the client to confirm the shapes and sizes of the wooden spoons and skewers he needed. Based on his budget, we designed a complete solution. The proposal clearly listed which machines were essential and which were optional, giving him flexibility for future expansion. We also provided a list of spare parts and explained our after-sales service in detail.
After two months of careful research and comparison, Hamza decided to choose our quotation in May and signed the contract. We then started production of his wooden spoon machine and BBQ skewer stick machine.
By late July, his freight forwarder contacted us for shipment. We packed all machines in strong plywood crates, each with clear shipping marks and product serial numbers. This made it easy for customs clearance and product verification. Hamza was very satisfied with our careful packaging and professional service.
This project is a great example of how we help clients move from plastic to sustainable wooden products. With our reliable machinery, Hamza’s factory is now ready to supply eco-friendly spoons and BBQ skewers to the food service market in Indonesia.
