This production line produces two-pointed toothpicks, with an 8-hour output of 1.2 million pieces, weighing approximately 160 kilograms. It requires 8-10 operators, regardless of gender. Power is supplied by 380V industrial electricity or a custom-designed voltage; normal production consumes approximately 24 kilowatt-hours per hour.
The toothpick equipment is packaged in cling film and in standard export plywood crates with wooden pallets at the bottom. After packing, the equipment will be delivered to warehouse in Guangzhou, which sea port is near to India, and will save shipping cost for customer. All the toothpick equipment will be loaded in to container.
