Technical Process Brief Introduction

1. Making the dosage liquid according to wood processing technology, and store the dosage into dosage tank.

2. Feeding wood board to planner---Put wood board to wood board cart-----open autoclave door-----push the cart into autoclave---- close the door----vacuum processing----feed dosage into autoclave----replenish dosage---pressure rising----frequency pressure-----discharge pressure-----drain out dosage------post vacuum-----discharge pressure----open the door when pressure discharge finished----wood board cart out from autoclave---inspection

l Adopt with Siemens PLC control system which can control temperature, pressure, time automatically to save labor cost and energy.

l Manual-Quick open door is easy to open by one worker. The worker only need to turn the hand wheel to open or close the tank.
