Plastic Sticks Bundling Machine
This machine is used for bundling the ice cream sticks, tongue depressor ice spoon and magnum, etc. The controlling system adopts advanced Siemens PLC computer controller which can ensure the machine working stable and a high working efficiency. The bundling material can be laminated paper and kraft paper; customers can choose each of the method based on the practical need.
The Machine Working Principles:
The bunder is mainly made up of several parts: paper feeder, feeding device, queuing device, banding device, surface sizing device. Powered by the distribution box, the tongue depressor is delivered to the queuing device, and queued by the cooperation of discharge wheel and chains, then banded by the reciprocating motion of the two cylinders, after surface sized, the banding process is done.
