Cotton Ear Buds Making Machine

Cotton swab production machine: equipped with 7.5kW servo motor and PLC intelligent control system, positioning accuracy ±0.01mm, working air pressure 0.6 - 0.8MPa, production speed up to 300 swabs / minute. With quick mould change (within 20 minutes), it can produce various types of swabs to meet different usage scenarios.

Cotton Swab Stick Oven: Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, the temperature is controlled from 50℃ - 150℃ with an accuracy of ±2℃, and the 12kW heating power is combined with the hot air circulation to ensure the cotton swabs are dried evenly.

Cotton Swab Stick Packaging Machine: adopts modular design, automatic counting error rate <0.5%, intelligent linkage with the host and the oven, suitable for 10 - 500 packages of different specifications. The whole machine 50mm×50mm square steel structure with baking paint treatment, corrosion-resistant and occupies a small area, a machine with multi-purpose, significant savings in investment costs.
