Square wooden disposable spoons are widely used in Sri Lanka, alongside ice cream sticks. To date, we have sold hundreds of disposable wooden spoon forming machines to India and Sri Lanka; while primarily used for producing ice cream sticks—most commonly in 75mm and 110mm sizes—they are also used to manufacture small 75mm square spoons. The cutting dies are the key spare parts requiring periodic replacement for this machine, and they can be customized to meet specific customer requirements. Shown below are two examples of cutting dies customized according to client specifications.
