A fully automatic toothpick bottling machine was successfully exported to Mexico. In early October this year, a Mexican customer inquired about a fully automatic toothpick bottling machine.
We responded immediately, initiating this international collaboration. During communication, we focused on answering the customer's practical needs: what material would be suitable for the bottles, how many toothpicks could be filled at once, and whether it could be adapted to bottles of different sizes. Considering Mexico's production conditions and electricity situation, we also specifically discussed motor customization, carefully confirming everything from power and voltage to operational stability to ensure the equipment met the customer's production requirements.
The following week, we further refined the details and arranged a video trial run. Seeing that the machine could accurately complete feeding, counting, and bottling, and its performance was stable, the customer was completely reassured and quickly signed a contract with us.
After the equipment was manufactured, we packaged it according to Mexican customs requirements, selecting sturdy materials to protect the equipment and designing standardized shipping marks. After the equipment arrived at the port, we efficiently completed the export formalities, providing the customer with all customs documents, including the commercial invoice and packing list, ensuring smooth customs clearance.
From consultation to shipment, we handled every step with care. This export not only demonstrates the quality of our equipment but also reflects our customer-centric service. In the future, we will continue to cooperate with more international clients using reliable equipment and services.
